UK Delivery Options
We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland and BFPO.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day.

International Delivery
We cannot currently offer delivery to Republic of Ireland, or anywhere outside of the UK.
Order Cancellations
Orders are picked and packed shortly after they are placed so we cannot change or cancel orders. If your order arrives and you still wish to cancel and return your order, please email customercare@balanceactiv.com and our customer service team will be happy to provide support, providing the product is still sealed and unused.
